CREATION OF LIVELIHOODS FOR ADULTS WITH MENTAL RETARDATION

Dear All

In continuation to its earlier postings, Chetana is planning to move forward in crating LIVELIHOODS for the Adults with Mental Retardation. 

This process is moving on with several ways which includes:

1. Joining the Family Business if any;

2. Self Employment with the support of Family Members either in the House and / or Community;

3. Development of Sheltered Workshop under the banner on Chetana as a Cooperative System; and

4. Other ways conceptualized in due course of time....   

  

In this journey, Chetana needs the support of the Parents, Family Members, Community, Establishments, Industries, Funding Agencies,   Government and other stakeholders.

Looking forward to share more on this important aspect of the targeted groups for making them empowered for leading enhanced quality of life in an inclusive environment.
