SUPPORT REQUIRED FOR THE REHABILITATION OF CHILDREN WITH SPECIAL NEEDS

Dear All

Based on the needs of the Children with special needs and their parents / family members, Chetana is widening its service spectrum. Majority of this targeted group belongs to the poor category and are not able to bear the cost of rehabilitation.

Chetana has providing the service of facilitating for the enrollment and utilization of  NIRAMAYA an health scheme of the National Trust, Government of India, New Delhi. This has given better support for taking care of health needs.

In this process, Chetana needs support from the Government, Private, Corporate, Funding Agencies and other Donors.

CHETANA IS MOVING TOWARDS RESIDENTIAL FACILITIES

Dear All

 In continuation to its efforts, Chetana is getting inquiries for residential facilities for the children with special needs. Matching to this demand, Chetana is looking for suitable accommodation so that it can accommodate Special School, Vocational Training Center  with Residential Facilities for the selected children. 

This search will continue during these holidays and for the next academic year which starts from June 2013 will have all the above three centers with matching service supports. 

In addition it is in the move to  add services based on the needs of the children and their parents / family members.   

In this journey, Chetana needs support form all the stakeholders and sectors.
